Careers in property design, development and management were never something either of us envisioned for ourselves. At first glance, our initial careers in Law and Computer Science do not seem very complimentary.
However, a work related move to Atlanta found us looking throughout the city for a place to live on short notice. At the time, we had a Labrador named Maggie and we preferred to be in a house rather an apartment. This was for Maggie's sake as much as anything else.
We quickly realized there was a lack of larger craftsmen style homes that were available for rent. It was either luxury apartments or smaller rents that were often in need of updating.
After purchasing a home, we decide to test this theory and purchased our first home which we renovated and listed to rent. Since then we have been renovating and renting high-end furnished and furnished homes throughout the city.
